Order Processing

Physical Products : Please allow 2 to 3 days to process your order. Expect an email within 2 to 3 days to let you know your order is on the way!

Digital Downloads : There is no shipping fee for digital downloadable products. Straight after checkout, you will be redirected to a page where you can instantly download your product, or, if the files are large, you will instantly be able to download a pdf containing the direct link to your downloadable purchase.

Flat Rate Shipping

For physical products there is a flat rate shipping fee to Australia of $10AUD to cover shipping and packaging

All other countries a flat rate of $20AUD to cover shipping and packaging.

We ship worldwide.

Physical Products : international buyers please allow 8 to 20 days for shipping. Australian buyers please allow 3 to 8 days.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Lavender Blu Designs is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns on digital products.

Physical Products :

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at lavenderbluart@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
